2. Service Delivery Timeline (Turnaround Time)
Minimum time : our standard processing time for any service is a minimum of 48 hours from the time we receive complete data.
Urgent requests : urgent delivery (under 24 hours) may be available subject to slot availability and may attract extra “express charges.”
3. Data Format Requirements
- Excel mandatory : For services involving Bulk Data Entry (ledgers, vouchers, stock), the client must provide data in microsoft excel format (.xlsx / .csv).
- Pdf Clarity : If providing pdf Bank statements, They must be original generated pdfs, not scanned images or photos.
- Accuracy : We process data exactly as provided in your source file. Entry Exact Solutions. is not responsible for errors originating from the client’s raw data.
- Migration Services : For “Third-party software to Tally migration” (e.g., from Busy/Marg/Zoho), the client is solely responsible for exporting the data into excel (.xlsx) or csv format. We do not access your third-party software directly.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% accuracy, Entry Exact Solutions. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or digital products (Tdls/Templates). Clients are advised to verify the final data in tally before finalizing their books.

All content on this Website, Including Tdl Codes, Excel Templates, Logos, and Text, is the intellectual property of Entry Exact Solutions. Unauthorized redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.
