1. Digital Products (Excel Templates & TDLs)
No Refunds : Due to the nature of digital goods (Instant Download), all sales of Excel Templates, TDL Files & PDF Guides are Final and Non-Refundable.
Please check the product description and demo videos carefully before making a purchase.
2. Services (Data Entry, Automation, Web Development)
Cancellation by Client : If you wish to cancel a service project after payment
- If work has not started: 90% refund (10% deduction for gateway charges).
- If work has started: No refund will be provided for the partial work done.
Cancellation by Us : If we are unable to fulfill your order due to technical issues or data incompatibility, a 100% Full Refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.
Data Availability Exception : If a migration project is initiated but the client fails to provide the required data in Excel format (due to software restrictions), the project will be cancelled and is non-refundable. also In Such cases, a cancellation fee may apply for the consultation time spent.
3. Revision Policy
We offer up to 2 Rounds of Free Revisions if there is an error from our side in the data processing. Any changes in the original requirement by the client will be charged additionally.
